Best known as the the lead singer of the popular 1960s singing group The Supremes. Diana Ross wasn’t picked to become the group’s lead singer until Motown honcho Berry Gordy decided that the time was exactly right, and from then on he described the group as “Diana Ross and the Supremes.” From 1965 to 1969 the group had a string of #1 records. In late 1969 Gordy announced that Ross would be leaving the group for a solo career. In the third week of 1970 she played her last concert with The Supremes and started working with the songwriting team of Nick Ashford and Valerie Simpson. Ross’ first two songs by the team reached #1 on both the pop and R&B charts, justifying her move. Prior to starting a family of her own, she won the title role in the Billie Holiday biopic Lady Sings the Blues (1972), which was extremely successful at the box office, and had the distinction of being nominated for an Academy Award for her first film. The movie’s soundtrack reached #1 on the U.S. charts. Her next two big films,Mahogany (1975) and The Wiz (1978).

Her singing career and continued having more #1 songs, including “Upside Down”. The following year she performed the theme song from Endless Love (1981), which was composed by Lionel Richie. That same year she left Motown Records and signed contracts with various record companies across the globe, and formed her own production company. The following year she released “Silk Electric,” on which she sang “Muscles,” a song written and produced by Michael Jackson.

After she sang a tribute song dedicated to the late Marvin Gaye, Ross scored another #1 song in 1986 in the UK with “Chain Reaction,” which brought back her days as the member of The Supremes’, and was written and produced by The Bee Gees. After an eight-year absence, in 1989 she came back to Motown. Ross had gained more fame through concert appearances over the years, and in April 1993 she became a best-selling author with her first and only children’s book, “When You Dream,” which featured a CD with four songs that were dedicated to the book. That same year she was declared by the Guinness Book of World Records to be the most successful female singer of all times. Two years later she was honored with the Heritage Award for Lifetime Achievement on the Soul Train Awards. After receiving those honors, she came back to the studio in 1999 with “Every Day Is A New Day,” and the song reached the UK Top 10.

Donna Summer was the first female artist to have three number one singles in one year (“MacArthur Park”, “Hot Stuff” and “Bad Girls”) and she is the only artist to have three number one double albums in a row (Live And More, Bad Girls, and On The Radio). Over the years Donna has proven herself to be a consummate artist and songwriter – she has written or co-written many of her hits, and is currently writing a musical based on her life story. Most recently she has done a benefit performance for GMHC at Carnegie Hall that raised over $400,000 for that organization. She also inked a multi-album deal with Epic Records and her first release for her new label was a live CD recorded at New York’s Hammerstein Ballroom. This concert was videotaped and became the highest rated concert special for a solo artist that VH1 ever broadcast. In 2007, she signed a new deal with Burgundy Records (an imprint of Sony/BMG) and in 2008 she released her first album of all newly written and recorded material in 17 years. The album is called Crayons and with it came the number one dance single, I’m A Fire – making Donna the only artist to ever have a number one dance single in every decade since the 70s. Over three decades after her first success, Donna is poised to start a whole new chapter in her career – showing the world that the Queen is indeed back.

Over the past century, few entertainers have achieved the legendary status of Bill Cosby. His successes span five decades and virtually all media, remarkable accomplishments for a kid who emerged from humble beginnings in a Philly project.

In the 1960s, his stand-up act was a coast-to-coast sensation, spawning a string of hilarious, best-selling comedy albums, which went on to win eight Gold Records, five Platinum records and five Grammy Awards. His role on TV’s I Spy made him the first African-American to co-star in a dramatic series, breaking television’s racial barrier and winning three Emmy Awards. In the 1980s, he again rocked the television world with the The Cosby Show, a gentle, whimsical and hugely successful series that single-handedly revived the family sitcom (and rescued NBC).

With hit movies like Uptown Saturday Night and best-selling books like Fatherhood, Bill Cosby is quite simply a national treasure with the unique ability to touch people’s hearts.

The Beach Boys have often been called “America’s Band”, and Allmusic has stated that “the band’s unerring ability made them America’s first, best rock band.” The group has had 36 United States Top 40 hits (the most by an American rock band) and 56 Hot 100 hits, including four number-one singles. Rolling Stone magazine listed The Beach Boys at number 12 on their 2004 list of the “100 Greatest Artists of All Time”. The core quintet of the three Wilsons, Love and Jardine was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1988.

The 1980′s and 90′s found The Beach Boys performing at milestone events including: the Live Aid Concert, Farm Aid concerts, the Statue of Liberty’s 100th Anniversary Salute and the Super Bowl. In 1980, they played to over 500,000 people in the first of four Independence Day concerts on the Washington Monument Grounds. On July 4, 1985 The Beach Boys played to an afternoon crowd of an estimated one million in Philadelphia and that evening they performed for over 750,000 people on the Mall in Washington, D.C. Former U.S. Secretary of Interior James Watt’s efforts to ban The Beach Boys from the Washington Monument Grounds in 1983 created an international furor that VH-1 has termed one of the most important moments in rock.

Not only is Souled Out a sensational listening and dancing experience, it is an awesome visual one as well!

In the 1960?s, Motown Records brought about a new wave of Soul music, and many groups emerged from Detroit, U.S.A., to become some of the greatest ever recorded. Making history with their music and their longevity, artists such as the Four Tops, Stevie Wonder and the Temptations soon were established as some of the top Soul artists of that era. The popularity of Detroit?s Motown eventually led the way to Philadelphia and a new twist on the classic sound. The Sounds of Philadelphia popularized such groups as the Spinners, the O?Jays and Harold Melvin & The Bluenotes. At last, the 1970?s Soul sounds swept the country and brought about a new unique energy and style. Such groups as Earth, Wind & Fire, the Commodores and Tower of Power emerged with full force, bringing funk and attitude to the Soul scene. Today, the hits of all of these great artists have survived the years to become some of the most loved and cherished music of all time!

Inspired by the same definitive musical events, Souled Out brings the adored music of these classic groups to the stage. With impeccable musicality and spirit, the Soul Legends shine through with this stylish and fun show that delivers each performance just like the real thing! With collective talent, showmanship, energy and a whole lot of style, this is one group that brings the audience back to the glory days of Soul! Never a more enjoyable and upscale show, Souled Out is the ultimate in musical nostalgia. Whether flawlessly reproducing the hits of the Temptations or energizing a room with the energy of EWF, Souled Out is a show like no other! Bringing the biggest and most memorable hits from these beloved Motown and Soul Legends, they entertain in a way that both wows audiences and captures their hearts all over again!

One of the most memorable travels was Sharon’s trip to Israel where she sang for a private political event. Currently, Sharon has her own show at the Riviera Hotel and Casino in the Le Bistro Theatre called “ Barbra and Frank, The Concert That Never Was…” Sharon and Sebastian have traveled Casinos and Performing Arts Theaters around the world including a debut in Hong Kong. One of the highlights of the “Barbra and Frank” show was a performance in the Rainbow Room, New York City! New York City is quite a site from the 66th floor!

Sebastian Anzaldo is fast becoming one of the top “Sinatra” interpreters in the country. In just a few short years, he has honed his act to perfecting the essence of the musical icon. With the voice, looks and mannerisms of ‘Ol Blue Eyes, Sebastian has wowed audiences from coast to coast. Originally hailing from Omaha, Sebastian grew up in a musical family (his father a sax player and later a talent agent, his mother a singer). He started playing drums and singing at age 11, and began his professional career working with bands in bars and frat parties soon after that. Sebastian’s passion for jazz led him to New York, compliments of The National Endowment For The Arts.

The next year, he headed to the opposite coast to make his fame and fortune. It was around this time that he discovered his ‘knack for doing Frank’, and began incorporating it into the shows with his band ” Wild Life” to great enthusiasm. “Wild Life” became one of the most popular acts on the Vegas circuit, a stint that lasted eight successful years. As word got out that there was a new ‘Chairman’ in town, he got a call to star in ‘The Tribute To The Rat Pack’ currently running at The Greek Isle. This in turn led to his current show – headlining with Sharon Owens as Barbra Streisand in the wonderful “Barbra & Frank, The Concert That Never Was…” at the Riviera. “Sebastian Sings Sinatra” is the result of a great love and understanding of the ‘Great American Songbook’ as Francis Albert sang it and, let’s face it,“I’m a fan, too!”

The show is built around Dave’s famous comic impersonations of last century’s favorite musical entertainers. Adding comedic anecdotes, just the right amount of audience participation, plus a few surprises thrown in. All presented with large amounts of energy. What really makes Dave La Fame special is his utterly loveable, charismatic stage persona. The show is appropriate for 30+ aged audiences and is ideal for corporate, private and fund raising events. The show runs approximately 30-40 minutes in length.

Bruce In The USA is much more than just another tribute. This high-energy musical experience is a note-perfect and visually accurate recreation of a Bruce Springsteen & The E. St. Band show. From the World Famous “Legends In Concert” cast, played the Springsteen character for eight years, in their “full scale” Las Vegas show. The great success with “Legends” evolved his character into the Bruce In The USA show. His amazing portrayal of “The Boss” (not to mention his jaw-dropping resemblance) is as close as you can get to see the real thing in concert. Backed by a strong, powerful Clarence “The Big Man” Clemence…and a smokin’ handed “Little Stevie”, Bruce In The USA takes this genre of performance art to a whole new level. Making it the World’s #1 Tribute to the E. St. Band’s legacy.

To millions of diehard fans around the world, it’s Springsteen’s marathon, party-like performances that have elevated him to hero status. Bruce’s legendary concerts (in the largest arenas) sell-out within hours of their announced sale. For those even lucky enough to get a ticket, there was nothing that could fill the aching void in between Bruce’s long-awaited tours…until now.

The Bruce In The USA show was born on the Las Vegas Strip in the winter of 2004, with it’s debut at the Aladdin Hotel and Casino’s majestic “V Theatre”. The West Coast’s most acclaimed musicians and characters were casted into a double-take version of the E. St. Band. Bruce In The USA assaulted the senses in a fun-filled and exciting party atmosphere on the Vegas Strip, while suspending disbelief for even the toughest skeptics. They’ve been met with critical acclaim by even the toughest skeptics, from the Stone Pony, Asbury Park to House Of Blues’ and large theatres across the country, where sell out crowds are on their feet from the first song to the last. Clarence Clemence himself, joined the band on stage in New York, claiming after the show that it was the greatest Tribute he’s ever seen… Can’t argue with “The Big Man”.
